Nokia E52 MfE problem
I got the new Nokia E52 today and to my disappointment the spec. sheet told me that is supported "Mail For Exchange" (i'am not interested in the mail part).
Want to use the MfE to sync my contacts and main calender between the phone and google account.

Have tried install MfE for E51, E75, E61 but get "updataing error" when installing.
E52 is S60 3.2
The only usefull info I can find is that the new E52 and E75 have a new more sofisticated system for e-mail handling.
But where can I find that Exchange support I need for Google Contact and Calender?

The regular SYNC option that most nokia phones have is SyncML and that only supports contact sync not calenderwith google.

Found the solution! When you add a mail account with the new wizard using a valid google adress and the wizard is succesfull the option to add calender and contact sync is not a option. I accually have to make the wizard fail and add a adress like [name]@gma.com then you will get more options that you can manually configure the MfE with google.

1. Choose "New" e-mail account
2. Don't type your gmail account as mail now. Make the first try fail and you will get more options.

I have two acconts in my nokia to support e-mail, calender and contact sync.
Gmail - This set-up follows the easy setup guide.
- Google Mail, typecorrect e-mail adress first time and follow guide, will get settings automatic.
Mail For Exchange - This set-up is the one you should make fail in the easy setup.
- Mail (should not be -ON-)
- Calender (only main calender)
- Contact
